Pilates Clinic for Teenagers Ages 12-20
Our Goal is to teach you about your Body Mechanics, Increase your Muscular Balance and Strength and Improving your Sports Skills.
Starts: June 28th
When: Mondays & Wednesdays
Time: 2-3:30 pm
Cost: 6 weeks = 12 classes at $100 (Limit to 12 people).

Mind : Awareness, Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Set Short Term and Long Term Goals
Body : Cross Train for Specific Sport to Increase Core and Muscular Strength, Increase Flexibility, Balance & Coordination, Proper Nutrition Tips for Teens.
Spirit : Breathe Awareness, Self Awareness
