Before entering Reformer Group classes, you must have completed 5 private sessions and have permission from your Instructor. In order to join a group or class, you must be free of injuries/restrictions. Please consult with your Trainer if you have any questions.

-Basic; BI-Basic Intermediate; IA-Intermediate Advanced; PP-Pilates Plus

Yoga =
All are welcome! Your Mat card will be marked as payment for this class. For all levels.
B-Basic
= The classic Pilates system. A must for all learning the discipline of movement, concentration, coordination, breath and rhythm. For all levels.
BI-Basic = Classic system taking the basics to the next level, tempo increases & a few more exercises added. For all levels.
IA-Intermediate Advanced = For those who have mastered the intermediate mat and intermediate Reformer lists. Please see instructor for permission to enter class. For advanced levels.
PP-Pilates Plus = Taking the Pilates Method to a full body sculpting hour. Variety of movements performed with balls, weights, rings and bands added. For all levels.
